Today FujiFilm announced the launch of the new X-Pro2!
And BOOM its stunning! The image files off this beast are beautiful.
I had a chance to try out one of the very first test models back in Tokyo, in Japan at the beginning of September when I was out there shooting the FIA WEC race. It was slipped to me under the table while no one was looking, over a fabulous Japanese lunch… It had a silver 35mm f2 attached and made a wonderful combo. I wasnt allowed to take any images of the camera at the time for obvious reasons, and was only allowed to play for a little while to gather those first thoughts… So here we are, a few months later, a few tweaks here and there, a lot of firmware updates later and Fujifilm have nailed it! 24 megapixels of gorgeous Fujiness beast!
